  • Payment details: Amount charged, payment method type (e.g., credit/debit card, cash, Airtel Money /Mphamba)
  • In-app communication records: Time and content of chats with drivers.
  • Limited device identification: Device IP address.
  • Ride data: Journey time, route taken, timestamps (for scheduling and driver/customer safety)
  • In-App message data: Date, time, and content of communication with drivers.

2. Usage Data

This category includes information automatically collected when you use our platform, both the website and mobile app. This data helps us understand how users interact with our services and improve your overall experience.

  • Includes device type (e.g., phone, tablet), operating system (e.g., Android, iOS), browser version, and device ID number.

Data may be available to the Driver for up to 48 hours after the ride in order to facilitate the return of items left in the car.

We will only disclose data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
