Driver Recruitment & Support Specialist (Internship): Your Opportunity to Drive Change

Do you love connecting with people and have a passion for sales? We’re looking for an energetic Driver Recruitment & Support Specialist to rapidly expand our network of delivery and ride-hailing partners across Lilongwe, Blantyre, and Mzuzu. You’ll be instrumental in bringing new drivers aboard and ensuring they are fully supported every step of the way.

Your core mission will involve:

• Recruiting Drivers: Actively identify, approach, and onboard new drivers for the SPCTRM platform. Your sales experience and persuasive communication skills will be key here.
• Training & Onboarding: Provide comprehensive training to new drivers, ensuring they understand how to use the SPCTRM app, adhere to our standards, and deliver excellent service. This includes assisting those who may not be smartphone savvy.
• Ongoing Support: Be the go-to person for our drivers, helping them with any issues, answering their questions, and ensuring they have a smooth experience using the app. This involves problem-solving and maintaining strong relationships.
• Relationship Building: Nurture positive relationships with our driving partners, keeping them engaged and satisfied with SPCTRM.
